When does the voucher expire?

You have 12 months from the day you buy your voucher to use it. After that, it will expire and you can’t use it anymore.

How many vouchers for each event?

You can only use one voucher for each event you book.

How does it work with vouchers/promo-codes?

You can’t use promo codes with vouchers. After you buy your E-voucher, you can download it for free in PDF format. You have to book your event in advance.

Where can I use my voucher?

You can use your voucher on our website or by phone.

What is the refund policy?

You can’t get your money back for vouchers.

How does the redemption of vouchers work?

You can only use your voucher to pay the full price of your booking. If your event is more expensive than your voucher, you have to pay the difference with your credit or debit card when you book. You can’t use your voucher to pay a deposit.

Can I use the voucher to guarantee a place?

We can’t promise that there will be spaces for any event or date; you have to book your ghost hunt early to get a spot.

What happens if my gift voucher is lose/stolen/destroyed?

We won’t replace or refund vouchers that are lost, stolen or destroyed.

What is the cancellation policy?

If we have to cancel your ghost hunt, we will give you a new voucher that you can use for another 12 months. If you cancel your ghost hunt, you won’t get your money back.
