Are disabilities accommodated for all ghost tours/sleepovers?
We have a policy of alwaystaking disabilities into account. We advise people with disablities or their carers to contact us before booking, because as long as we are fully aware beforehand, we will go out of our way to accommodate them, regardless of the disability.
Are food and drinks included on the ghost hunt/sleepover?
Snacks and beverages will be available to you on the tour, or you are completely free to bring your own. Alcohol however, is prohibited.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
How big are the groups?
The maximum number of guests will always be 25, no more. The reason for this is that overcrowding can spoil the event and we want everyone to have an amazing time and get their money’s worth.
What happens if I or someone with me gets scared?
If someone gets scared, one of our hosts will be there to take care of them until they are back to feeling themselves. We are well-trained in dealing with this kind of situation and always manage to put our guests at ease.
