Q: Are disabilities accommodated for all ghost tours/sleepovers?

We have a policy of always taking disabilities into account. We advise people with disablities or their carers to contact us before booking, because as long as we are fully aware beforehand, we will go out of our way to accommodate them, regardless of the disability. For certain ghost tours, it may be impractical depending on the disability, but we will always strive to come up with a solution wherin everybody is happy, just please let us know.

We have a policy of always taking disabilities into account. We advise people with disablities or their carers to contact us before booking, because as long as we are fully aware beforehand, we will go out of our way to accommodate them, regardless of the disability. For certain ghost tours, it may be impractical depending on the disability, but we will always strive to come up with a solution wherin everybody is happy, just please let us know.

Are food and drinks included on the ghost tours/sleepover?

Of course, we wouldn’t want you to go hungry during the ghost tours! Snacks and beverages will be available to you on the tour, or you are completely free to bring your own food. Alchoholic beverages are prohibited, however.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours before the start of the ghost tours. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the tour will not be eligible for a refund. Under certain circumstances, we may also be more than happy to reschedule the ghost tours as well, just reach out to us and we will work something out.

How big are the groups?

The maximum number of guests on one of our ghost tours will always be 25, no more. The reason for this is that overcrowding can spoil the event, make it feel like less of a personalised experience and we want everyone to have an amazing time and get their money’s worth.

What happens if I or someone with me gets scared?

If someone gets scared, one of our hosts will be there to take care of them until they are back to feeling themselves. It would not be the first time we’ve experienced this and our well-trained staff are experts in dealing with this kind of situation, always managing to put our guests at ease.
