Paul Smailes of Haunted Buildings UK, is a paranormal investigator who tours into some of Britain’s most haunted locations. We were established in 2021 and have remained dedicated since then to charging a low price that everyone can afford, whilst also supporting charitable causes.
Haunted Buildings was founded by Paul Smailes, after appearing on Nick Groff’s ‘Paranormal Lockdown’ (click here to see more about that).
Paul has over 15 years of experience as a paranormal investigator, exploring the supernatural world and loves researching the rich history of the buildings. He believes everyone has a gift, and his gift is reading loved ones personal items.
Paul has always been interested in the paranormal, and has a fascination with history and the occult. This leads him to see ‘Haunted Buildings’ as not simply a business, but an exciting experience for his guests. It’s an opportunity to get involved with, and learn about, the rich history of the locations. And of course… investigate the paranormal activity.
We Support Local Charities
You can be assured that a part of our profits go straight to local charities. Since our formation back in 2021, our events have helped raise over £1000 for different charities.
Aside from being a paranormal investigator aving a disabled son himself, Paul Smailes, owner and founder of Haunted Buildings wanted to make a difference for disadvantaged children. Paul recently established a campaign that sparked interest for a specially adapted swing roundabout in Taylor Park in St Helens. Over two thousand people signed the petition.
We support the local community and always do our utmost to help local charities. You will see where our donations go if you follow us on social media.
